宋洪祥教授有丰富的稽查经验，在反避税工作中成绩显赫。他是我国第一位拥有税务稽查经历的实力派税收管理大师。宋洪祥教授创立了著名的“企业经营决策的税收控制理论 ”，开创了我国企业税收管理理论的先河。根据这一理论，宋洪祥教授提出了企业“纳税管理”的新观念，创建了企业“纳税管理”的新模式，从根源上破解了企业的纳税之道，带企业走出了纳税的重大误区。宋洪祥教授推出的《企业经营决策的税收管理与风险控制》课程，已被北京大学、清华大学列入该校课程中，并邀请宋洪祥教授为该课程的主讲嘉宾。

Introduction:
Professor Hongxiang Song has a wealth of audit experience, outstanding achievements in anti-tax avoidance work.He is the first tax management master who has the experience of tax audit. Professor Hongxiang Song founded the famous "business management decision-making tax control theory", and created a precedent for China's corporate tax management theory. According to this theory, Professor Hongxiang Song put forward the new concept of enterprise "tax administration", created a new model of enterprise "tax administration", and cracked the enterprises’ way of taxation from the root causes, and brought enterprises out of the major misunderstanding of taxes.
